1 cup organic almond butter, unsalted
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1-1/2 tsp. alcohol free vanilla




Topping:
1/3 cup finely chopped organic banana chips
1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
1-1/2 tsp. alcohol free vanilla
1-1/2 tsp. butter or organic coconut oil, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together topping ingredients and set aside. Combine all the bread ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 8 x 4 bread pan. Sprinkle topping over batter. Bake at 350ºF for 30 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan. Note: To make your own banana chips, arrange a single layer of thinly sliced ripe bananas on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Squeeze with lemon juice. Bake at 175ºF for 1 hour. Cool.
