6 lg potatoes
3 lg eggs, hard boiled, chopped
¾ c green olives, chopped
½ c celery, chopped
4 oz pimentos
1 c mayonnaise
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in large pot. Cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium high about 20 minutes or until potatoes can easily be pierced with a fork. Drain water from potatoes. Allow to cool. Peel and cube potatoes. Mix potatoes, eggs, olives, celery, pimentos in a large mixing bowl. Add mayo, salt and pepper. Stir to mix well.
