10 oz thin noodles
3 eggs, separated
½ c melted butter
2 tsp sugar
1 lb creamed cottage cheese
1 c sour cream
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Butter a 2 qt casserole dish.

Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.

Beat egg yolks, add melted butter and sugar. Stir in cottage cheese, sour cream and noodles. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Place in casserole dish. Dot with butter. Bake for 45 minutes.
