4 cloves garlic, pureed
1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
2 pounds boneless pork loin roast
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine
Small bag predcut carrots
2 stalks of celery
1 medium onion
Cornstarch (to thicken)
14 ounce can Chicken Stock

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350
Puree 4 cloves of garlic, rosemary, and enough olive oil to bind it together.
Rub pork loin w/ the paste, then put in a ziploc and marrinate for a couple of hours
Place the loin in a roasting pan with some carrots, onions and celery and 1/4 cup of white wine
Roasted for about 1.5 hours covered
Scoop out the veggies, and then used a can of chicken stock and some cornstarch to make a gravy out of the pan drippings
