Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound of spaghetti
3 egg yolks
8 oz of chopped bacon
1-2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil, and cook spaghetti. Before draining, save 1/2 to 1 cup of the hot starchy cooking water and set aside.

While the spaghetti is boiling, cook the bacon until it is crispy. Turn off heat and add garlic to pan. Do not drain the grease.

In a large bowl, whisk together egg yolks, cheese, and lots of black pepper.

Drain spaghetti, and immediately toss hot pasta into egg mixture, continually moving the pasta, to create a creamy sauce. Add bacon, grease and garlic, still while mixing.

Use hot water from spaghetti to thin sauce out to your favorite consistency.

Eat immediately with extra parmesan cheese!

Notes: Don't worry! The heat will cook the eggs making an almost alfredo consistency! Trust me!
