Directions:
Take 1 cup of friendship and add 2 cups of thoughtfulness. Cream smoothly with a pinch of gentleness and a dash of powdered kindness.

Beat together with a spoon of hope, one heaping pint of work, 2 level teaspoons of temperance, a sprinkle of humility and 1 tablespoon problems for strength.

Mix slowly in a bowl of loyalty with 1 cup of faith, and 2 cups of good sense and several drops of right feeling.

Blend all these ingredients gently together with love and simmer until all of the hate and prejudice is cooked away.

To congeal, add 3 heaping spoonsful of laughter, 1 of playing and a sprinkle of praise. Season with melted gratitude and stir constantly with enthusiasm. For extra taste, moisten with sympathy and for the best results bake in a good natured pan.

This will last for a long time and gets better with age, but serve often.
