2-3 Lbs. Hamburger
1 Cup Uncooked White Rice
1 Egg
1 Onion
1 Green Pepper
Garlic
Small Can of Tomato Paste
Large Can of Tomato Juice
Can Stewed Tomatoes
Head of Cabbage
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl mix meat, egg, peppers, onions, tomato paste, rice, garlic. set aside.
Cut the core out of the cabbage, place cabbage in large pot of boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes. transfer head of cabbage into ice water to cool. remove whole leaves of cabbage, place on paper towels to partially dry. Place meat mixture in cabbage leaf, fold the sides, and roll up to enclose the filling. Place seam down in crock pot, or large dutch oven. Top with stewed tomatoes, tomato juice, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 2-3 hours, or until meat and rice are cooked.
