2 tuna steaks, 1 inch thick
1 lg garlic clove, minced
6 T EVOO
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 T lemon juice
1 T fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients but the fish steaks. Place the steaks in a shallow glass dish and pour the marinade over the fish.

Marinate the steaks for an hour, turning 3-4 times.

Grill 4 inches from heat source, basting occasionally. Approximate cooking time is 10 minutes per inch of thickness (5 minutes per side). When the fish flakes, it is done.

Note: You can use any type of fish steak in this recipe (i.e. Halibut, swordfish, cod).
