1 pork tenderloin (typically there are 2 pieces of meat in a package)
1 medium onion, sliced
1 tsp seasoned pepper, divided
4 T cider vinegar, divided
½ c barbecue sauce, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Tear off 2 large sheets of aluminum foil, place a tenderloin on each piece. Fold up the sides a little. On top of each piece of tenderloin sprinkle ½ of the seasoned pepper, onions, cider vinegar and barbecue sauce.

Fold the foil over the tenderloin and seal tightly.

Grill over medium heat for approximately 40 minutes.

Note: This can also be cooked in the oven at 350º for about 40 minutes.
