4 lg baking potatoes, sliced
1 lg onion
Salt and pepper
⅔ c butter
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 oz American Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Layer potato slices, onion slices, cheese, bacon and butter on a large piece of foil. Season with salt and pepper as you go. Seal foil tightly.

Cook about 1 hour on grill or until potatoes are done, turning several times.
