3 cups sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
4 tsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
14 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. butter, melted
Marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Boil sweet potatoes; drain. Mix with sugar, salt, beaten eggs, butter, milk and vanilla. Spread in 9" square baking dish. Set aside. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, nuts and melted butter. Spread evenly over sweet potato mixture. Bake 350º for 35 minutes. The last 10 minutes of baking time, add marshmallows on top, and add pats of butter.
