1 1/2 cups cauliflower florets (about 1 pound)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried oregano
11 tsp. garlic powder
Pizza topping of our choice But Mezzetta Napa Valley Homemade Marinara has the least carbs.

Preheat oven to 400
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Pulse the cauliflower florets in a food processor until finely chopped.
Transfer to a large bowl.
Add the eggs, salt, oregano, and garlic powder and mix well.
Transfer the cauliflower mixture to the center of the prepard baking sheet and use your hands to form it into a pizza crust
Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Add your desired toppings and bake for anoher 10 to 15 minutes.
