1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T. parsley flakes
1 T. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. can tomatoes
2 6 oz cans tomato paste
10 lasagna noodles
3 cups cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 T. parsley flakes
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 lb. mozzerella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat slowly and spoon off excess fat. Add next 6 ingredients. Simmer uncovered about 30 mins. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender; drain; rinse in cold water.

Meanwhile combine cottage cheese with eggs, seasoning and parmesan.

Place half of the noodles in 13X9X2 inch baking dish; spread half of the cottage cheese mixture over; add half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the meat sauces. Repeat layers.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 mins. Let stand 10-15 mins before serving.

Note: You can swap out ricotta cheese for the cottage cheese and egg mixture if you prefer.
