Fry 1 quarter pound of sausage in 1 or 2 T Kerry Gold butter plus the onions.
Crack 3 eggs in to it
Salt, pepper and shake shake of dry mustard

Directions:

When Sausage and onion is all fried up
Add the eggs, salt and pepper and dry mustard
Top with cheese
Turn off stove, put cheese on top and a lid to melt the cheese and finish cooking the eggs!
