1 lb ground sausage
¼ cup chopped onion
2 ½ cup loose packed hash browns
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Bisquick
¼ tsp salt
1 ¾ cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Grease an 8 inch square pan. Cook sausage and onion until meat is fully cooked. Drain well. Mix sausage, potatoes and cheese in a baking dish.

Stir together bisquick, salt and milk with fork until blended; pour into baking dish. Bake about 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Makes 10-12 servings
