Mix in bowl:
2-8 ounce cream cheese
2 cups of powdered sugar

Mix in separate bowl:
2 5/8 ounce box of instant vanilla pudding (large box)
3 cups of milk
mix for 1.5 minutes
Add
1 - 16 ounce container of cool whip
2 tsp of vanilla
ADD to this the cream cheese and powdered sugar mixture
DO NOT OVER MIX

Crush a 20 ounce bag of oreo cookies

Layer the cream mixture and crushed cookies in a bowl until you finish with cookies. Add gummy worms to top.
