2 Tab oil
4 lbs pork butt
2 28oz cans enchilada sauce
2 chopped onions
1 cup chopped green chillies - canned
4 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tea cayenne 
4 tea Mexican oregano  
2 tea cilantro (at the end)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all into crock pot, add water to fill pot. cook high 6-7 hours.

Remove pork butt, shred meat and remove any large fat pieces. Put back into crock pot. This is a concentration of soup. 

Place 4-5 ladles into large pot, add water and chicken broth to taste. Simmer 2-3 hours.

Serve in bowls. Garnish with cabbage, radishes, onion, cilantro, squeeze of lime.

This makes tons!!!

I like it meaty, but the Mexican girls say that their mother didn't use as much meat! they were poor!
