2 or more potatoes
chopped onions
chopped tomatoes
jalapeno slices
parsley flakes
chopped bell pepper
Baco-s
sour cream
cheese of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in microwave till semi-soft. Cut into cottage style slices and place in greased dish, 2 or 3 layers to desired quantity. Layer with desired amount of onion and tomatoes. Top with seasoned salt, pepper and bell peppers of desired amount. Place jalapeno slices on top and sprinkle parsley and Baco's over all. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes. Top with cheese the last 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
