2 Lbs. Hamburger
1 Can Tomato Sauce
8 Oz Sour Cream
1 Lb. pasta
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
8 Oz. Cheddar Cheese
One Small Roma Tomato (diced)
5 Green Onions (chopped)
Cilantro (or not lol)
Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta until al dente. Mix drained pasta with sour cream, and half the cheese. Pat into a baking dish. Brown and drain burger, add sauce, and taco seasoning. Pour meat mixture over noodles. Top with cheese. Bake 350 until hot and cheese is melted. Garnish with tomatoes and green onions.
