Boneless skin-on Chicken Breast
2 Stick Butter (one softened one melted)
2 T. Chives
2 T. Parsley
2 T. Green Onion
2 T. Dill
Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Mix herbs with one stick of butter. form into even balls and freeze.

hammer breast flat, wrap butter ball in chicken, sew breast with thread, or secure with toothpicks.

Roll chicken in melted butter, then in breadcrumbs.

In pan heat oil, fry chicken on all sides until brown. Transfer chicken to baking dish. Bake at 350° until temperature reaches well done
