2 lbs pork steaks

2 eggs

2 cups flour

1-2 onions sliced

1 box cracker meal put some in a bowl about 1 cup at a time might not have to use the whole box of cracker meal

Can use finely ground saltines instead of the cracker meal if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in a bowl
Beat eggs and put in another bowl
Put cracker crumbs in another bowl
Dredge pork steak in the flour then the egg mixture then the cracker crumbs
Fry in fry pan on both sides until golden brown and cooked thoroughly about 10 minutes on each side on medium heat
I use olive oil to saute the onions
Mom used shortening to saute the onions
Put meat on a platter top with the Caramelized onions and serve
