1 -2 lb pork shoulder roast

1 3 lb beef roast

1 onion sliced

1 bag carrots peeled

5 potatoes peeled and cut in half
Directions:
Directions:
Brown the roasts in the oven on both sides in roasting pan
Peel carrots and slice in half
Peel potatoes and slice in half
Peel and cut I onion in slices
Put onion slices on top of the roasts
Add carrots and potatoes around the two roast
Add water to the bottom of the roasting pan enough to cover the vegetables
Bake in a 350 oven for 2hours or until the roast are tender might half to cook a little longer
Serve with, mashed potatoes and gravy
Make gravy with the juice from the bottom of the roasting pan just mix flour and water together in a bowl and stir into juice
Remove the roasts before making the gravy
Let roast rest for 15minutes before cutting into pieces
