1 can evaporated milk ( I use milnot)
1 ½ cup sugar
3 slightly beaten egg yolks
½ cup butter
1 T vanilla
2 cups coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes.

Once cooked mixture becomes thick add the coconut and chopped nuts. Stir in both ingredients then allow frosting to cool.

Then spread on your favorite cake.
