1 (2-3 lb.) boneless pork roast
1tsp. seasoned salt
1 T. cream of horseradish
1 (Ľoz,) envelope of onion soup mix

GRAVY:
1 T. cornstarch
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Sear pork on all sides. Place meat in oblong slow cooker. Add all other ingredients and enough water to fill the crock half full. As soon as it is boiling good, turn cooker down to medium and cook until tender. Remove meat from cooker and make a brown gravy using the drippings, water and cornstarch.
