1 box graham crackers
2 boxes French vanilla instant pudding
8 oz Cool Whip
3 c milk

Frosting:
3 T white Karo syrup
3 T butter
2 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
1½ c powdered sugar
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Make pudding with milk. Add Cool Whip.

Butter a 9" x 13" pan and layer the bottom with crackers. Add half of the pudding mix, a layer of crackers, the remaining pudding mix, and another layer of crackers. Chill in refrigerator until set.

Mix frosting ingredients together and apply to top layer of crackers.
