1 lb.lean ground beef
1 onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (1 lb.) stewed tomatoes
2 tsp. each instant beef bouillon and Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
1 can (2 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1½-2 c. macaroni
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in a skillet, breaking up meat with a fork.
Add onion and garlic. Cook until tender.
Add tomatoes.
Stir in instant beef bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, mushrooms with liquid and macaroni.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until macaroni is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Sprinkle top with parsley.
