1 large and 1 small cream cheese (12 oz) Softened
1 glass Kraft sharp cheese
1 glass Kraft blue cheese (Roka)
1 t Onion Juice
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 t paprika

For topping:
2-3 cup chopped nuts (I use pecans)
½ maraschino cherry for top.

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together with mixer on low. US se spatula to scrape down bowel and bring cheeses together. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator about 30-40 min.
Remove from fridge, use spatula to scoop chees from bowl. Form balls and wrap in plastic wrap shaping as you are wrapping. Place into freezer.

Chop nuts and roll the cheese ball into nuts pressing the nuts into the ball. Reshape if necessary. Top with ½ maraschino cherry.

Can make into a log. Make ahead for the holidays. Roll into the nuts just prior to serving. Serve with Ritz cracker.
