1 16oz bag of pinto beans
Half a pound of bacon
1 12oz hillshire farm sausage cut in to small pieces
About 2 tablespoons of cilantro optional
One jalapeņo or pepper of your choice
6 cups of water
About half a teaspoon of mince garlic
Roman tomatoes for garnishes

Directions:
Dump the bag of beans out onto a clean counter sort out beans .
Get rid of all the beans that don't look healthy are broken ,
any dirt or broken or split beans throw them out .
Rinse the beans thoroughly. If you have any beans
that are splitting at this time take them out and discard them.
Put 6 to 8 cups of water into a crockpot put the clean beans
half a pound of bacon the cut up sausage ,cilantro and your choice of pepper
and garlic all in the crockpot on low for seven hours.
