Orange Sherbet Jello Dessert Recipe

2 small packages orange jello
2 cups boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet
1 can mandarin oranges, drained (reserve)
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve)

1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 Tablespoons flour
Juice from drained fruit
1 cup Dream Whip (prepared according to package directions)

Mix all the jello ingredients and let congeal.

Cook until thick 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, 2 Tablespoons flour, and juice from fruit. Cool. Stir in 1 cup dream whip (whipped). Spread over jello. Chill.
