1 (16-ounce) carton sour cream
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 bananas, cubed
1 (8.25 ounce) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour into muffin tins lined with paper muffin cups. Freeze until firm; store in plastic bag. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.
