2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, cut into rings
2 cups thinly sliced carrots
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cucumbers, onion, carrots and celery in large shallow dish. Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, celery seeds, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour over vegetables. Toss lightly. Cover and chill 8-10 hours. Drain and serve in bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
