White Sauce:
4 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 stick butter
2 cups milk

Other Ingredients:
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 10-ounce package chopped frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 of a 10-ounce package of extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Soda crackers

Directions:

White Sauce:
Melt and butter over low heat and add the flour and salt, stirring to a thick paste. Gradually add the milk while stirring constantly to blend into a smooth sauce. Cook over low heat or in a double boiler until it coats the spoon.

Other Ingredients:
In a 2 quart casserole dish, place in alternate layers, the broccoli, eggs, cheese and sauce and repeat until all ingredients are used. Melt in small pan, 4 Tablespoons butter. Crumble 10 soda crackers into it. Stir until all the cracker crumbs are coated. Sprinkle this over the top of the casserole. Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes.
