2 pkgs chopped frozen spinach, cooked and well-drained
1 15-oz can artichoke hearts
1 stick margarine or butter (optional)
2 3-oz packages cream cheese -or- a carton of soft cream cheese, garlic and herb flavored
Seasoned breadcrumbs
Parmesan cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Slice the artichoke hearts in halves and place in a greased 7" x 9" casserole dish.

In a separate pan, combine spinach, butter, and cream cheese until melted. Pour over artichokes.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350º until bubbly.
