"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package of pork baby back ribs (usually contains 2 -3 racks)
2 - 40 ounce bottles of BBQ sauce, I use Sweet Baby Ray's
1 jar of dry meat rub
salt and pepper to taste

You will also need 2 sheet pans and heavy duty aluminum foil.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275º.

Cut each rack of ribs into 2 pieces, rinse well and pat dry.

Season each rib piece on both sides with salt and pepper and a generous teaspoon of meat rub.

Place each rib piece on a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to fold over and seal into a packet around the rib.

Use approximately a ½ cup of BBQ sauce for each rib piece, slathering the sauce on both sides.

Seal packets of sauced ribs and place packets on sheet pans (about 3 packets per sheet).

Place sheet pans in oven on racks spaced evenly between top and bottom of oven for best heat distribution.

Bake for 3 hours and 30 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through if your oven is hotter in the back.

Remove from oven, carefully open hot packets and remove ribs to serving pan.

Cut or break apart ribs into serving portions and add more BBQ sauce.

Enjoy!!
