6 ears sweet corn
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup white cheddar cheese shreddded
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut corn off cob ( save the juices as well) into casserole dish.
Mix the milk, cream, cheese and eggs well.
Add salt and peppers.
Pour over corn
BAKE. 350º. 35-40 minutes or until set

I have used canned or frozen corn in the off season. Add more pepper if you like more kick.
