6 or 7 slices white bread
6 eggs
1½ cups sugar
1½ sticks butter
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cans cubed peach slices, in syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs by hand till frothy. Add sugar. Cut butter into small cubes and stir into egg mixture. Add salt.

Cut bread into cubes using a serrated knife (do not remove crust). Add to egg mixture. Stir well. Add more bread if needed.

Place peaches in a 9x13 dish. Spread mixture over peaches. Bake at 400 or 450º till golden brown, about 20 to 30 minutes.
