1 pound shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup chopped green onions
2 packages crushed chicken flavor Ramen noodles
½ cup butter
1 cup slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cabbage, carrots and onions. Crush Ramen noodles. Brown noodles in butter over medium heat. Add slivered almonds. Stir to prevent burning. Add Ramen seasoning mix from package. Cool.
 

Dressing


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
¾ cup canola oil
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup sunflower seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk or shake all ingredients well, except for sunflower seeds. Chill & save until ready to serve.

To Serve: Whisk or shake dressing well. Pour over cabbage mixture. Add sunflower seeds. Toss all with noodle mixture.

I got this recipe from my sister-in-law. It makes a large quantity. Good for large gatherings like a church social. Stays crunchy for days!
