3 cups chopped pecans
2½ cups coconut flakes
1¼ cups chopped candied cherries
1¼ cups chopped candied pineapple
1 cup chopped dates
2 cups sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine first five ingredients. Stir in milk. Fill paper lined mini-muffin cups ⅔ full. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool ten minutes before removing from pan to waxed paper to cool completely. Let stand for 24 hours in an airtight container at room temperature before serving.
