5 ounces semi or bittersweet chocolate
10 Tbsp unsalted butter (1¼ sticks)
3 large eggs, plus 3 large egg yolks
1½ cups powdered sugar
½ cup all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Spray individual serving size baking dishes with non-stick cooking spray. Stir chocolate and butter on low heat until melted. Cool slightly.

Whip eggs and yolks in bowl to blend. Whisk in sugar. Add chocolate mix and flour.

Pour into dishes. Bake until sides are set (11-14 minutes). Loosen edges with a knife. Flip on plate. (You can prepare batter day ahead and keep chilled. Cook a little longer.)

Serve with vanilla bean ice cream or chocolate sauce.
