2 packages of frozen hash browns
1 can cream of celery
1 can potato soup
1 cup sour cream
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
paprika
fresh chopped parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together
Pour into a 9 x 13 dish sprayed with pam
Bake 1 1/2 hrs - 2 hours at 325º
Garnish with parsley and paprika
