1/2 lb pork
2 lb beef
Flour
1 1/2 chopped clove garlic
1 large chopped onion
1 cup bouillon
1 cup canned tomato soup
12 peppercorns
3 whole cloves
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 bay leaf
1/2 cup dry sherry or dry white wine
6 medium-sized pared quartered potatoes
6 pared quartered carrots
1 stalk chopped celery
3/4 cup frozen peas
3/4 cup frozen corn

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut and salute pork and beef in skillet. Pour most of the accumulated fat out. Sprinkle meat with flour.
2. Combine and heat until boiling: garlic, onion, bouillon, tomato soup, peppercorn, cloves, parsley, bay leaf.
3. Place meat into heavy saucepan. Pour above ingredients over it. Simmer closely covered for 2-3 hours or until the meat can be easily pieced with a fork.
4. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, and sherry last 30 minutes.
4. Add frozen corn and peas last 15 minutes.
