One London Broil

Marinade Ingredients:
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 TBS lemon juice
1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
Garlic Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all marinade ingredients. Pierce meat with a fork. Place meat into a Pyrex dish or food storage bag. Cover with marinade. Refrigerate overnight. Before broiling, sprinkle meat generously with garlic pepper. Broil. Slice very thin.
