8 oz. spaghetti (cooked according to directions and tossed with oil)
8 eggs, beaten
5 TBS Grated Romano Cheese (or a cheese you like)
3 TBS Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 TBS Fresh Basil, chopped
2 TBS Garlic, Chopped
2 TBS Parsley, optional
3 TBS Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in fry pan. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and add cooked spaghetti. Pour all into a fry pan. Cook on stove top 3-minutes. Then place fry pan in 350 degree oven for 15-minutes. Turn over fritata and bake 5-minutes more, till done. If you do not have a fry pan that has an ovenproof handle, you can cook this fritata entirely on the stove top. Serve the fritata with a salad. This dish is great hot or cold. It is particularly nice to take on a picnic.
