1 Cup butter
2 Cups flour
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 Cups chocolate chips
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat butter until creamy. Add flour, sugar and salt, mix well. With floured fingers press 1 3/4 cup of flour mixture into a 13 x 9 baking pan. Reserve the remainder. Bake crust for 10-12 minutes or until golden. In a sauce pan combine 1 cup chocolate chips and condensed milk and melt over low heat. Spread melted chocolate mixture over crust. Sprinkle remaining flour mixture over chocolate. Top crumbs with dollops of raspberry jam. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into bars.
