2 cups vegetable broth
1 bag frozen corn
2 cups diced pumpkin (or butternut squash)
2 cloves garlic
1 large onion, diced
2 green bell peppers
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can cannoli beans, drained
1 (46 fluid ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (28 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes with juice
1 (28 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 tbsp chili powder

1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker for 6-8 hrs.
2. Top with sour cream and cheddar cheese!
