2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast
2 10 ounce cans of green chile enchilada sauce
Add & slow cook for 6-8 hours:
1 23 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 16 ounce can or box of chicken broth
1 16 ounce can refried beans
1 19 ounce can cannelli beans
1 30 ounce can hominy
1 16 ounce jar of salsa
1 7 ounce can chopped green chiles
2 green peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1.Simmer chicken breast & enchilada sauce in slow cooker overnight, 6-8 hours.
2. Add the remainder of ingredients into slow cooker, stir, and let simmer on low heat another 6-8 hours.
3. Serve with sour cream, cilantro, and Mexican shredded cheese!
