Pecan Pie Recipe

1-9 inch uncooked pie shell
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
2 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
⅛ tsp salt
1 cup pecans, whole or chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix together with mixer, eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter, vanilla and salt, until well blended. Add pecans and pour into pie shell. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes, turn down oven to 350º and continue to bake for an additional 25-30 minutes.
