1 Large Head of Cabbage
2 T. salt
½ Cup Rice uncooked
3 lb. Ground Beef
1 Small Onion diced
1 Large Can of Chopped Tomatoes
1-15oz. Can Tomato Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Remove core of cabbage; and blanch whole head in boiling water to separate leaves. Mix ground beef, rice, chopped onions and salt. Place small amount of mixture (¼ cup) in cabbage leaf, tuck in ends and roll, secure with toothpick. Crush tomatoes and add to tomato sauce in large pot.. Place rolls in tomato mixture and simmer for 1½-2 hours.
