1 Box Uncle Ben's Original rice (or Long grain wild rice or Herb Roasted Chicken)
¼ c. green pepper, diced
½ c. celery, diced
½ c. green onion, diced
1 4oz can mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
⅔ c. milk
2 c. shredded chicken, diced
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
*Preheat oven to 425º
*Cook rice according to the package directions (about 25 minutes)
*Saute onions, celery and peppers in butter
*Mix with remaining ingredients and pour into a 9x12 dish
*Garnish with almonds
*Back at 425º for 30 minutes
