2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened (1 stick)
1 cup pumpkin
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350. Grease baking sheets
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in medium bowl. Beat sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl until well blended. Beat in pumpkin and vanilla until smooth. Drop by rounded tbsp onto baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until edges are firm. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes before moving to wire racks.
.GLAZE : Combine 2 cups sifted powderered sugar cookies 3 tbsp milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla in small bowl until smooth. Place on cookies when cool.
